What we require
- Current manufacturing or distribution licences for every jurisdiction you supply into
- Full pedigree and traceability documentation with batch and expiry data
- Certificates of analysis available on request
- Validated cold-chain handling for temperature-sensitive products
- Documented recall procedures with defined notification timelines
- Product data we can ingest — a structured catalogue with identifiers, pack sizes and imagery
Product categories we source
Generic and branded prescription medicines, over-the-counter treatments, vitamins and supplements, medical supplies and devices, personal care, and veterinary products. We do not source controlled substances through this channel.
How to approach us
Email support@prescibe.com with 'Vendor Inquiry' in the subject and include:
- Company name, registered address and licence numbers
- Product categories and a sample of your catalogue with pricing structure
- Minimum order quantities and lead times
- Quality accreditations held
- A named commercial contact
Our process
We acknowledge enquiries within 5 business days, then run licence and quality due diligence before any commercial discussion. Expect the full review to take several weeks — we would rather be slow than onboard a supplier we cannot verify.
Payment terms
Standard terms are agreed at contracting. We do not pay for catalogue placement, and paid placement does not influence our product recommendations or editorial content.
