The short version

Unopened, unexpired over-the-counter products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Prescription medicines cannot be returned or resold once they have left our pharmacy — this is a legal requirement, not a company preference, because we cannot verify how a medicine has been stored once it leaves our control.

Returnable

  • Unopened OTC medicines and supplements with intact manufacturer seals
  • Unused medical supplies and devices in original packaging
  • Items sent in error, damaged in transit, or received past their expiry date

Not returnable

  • All prescription medicines, once dispatched
  • Opened or unsealed products, for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Refrigerated items
  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page
  • Anything beyond 30 days from delivery

How to start a return

  1. Sign in and open the order under My Orders, or email support@prescibe.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us which items you are returning and why. We will issue a return authorisation and instructions.
  3. Send the items back in their original packaging with the authorisation enclosed.

Returns sent without authorisation may not be refundable.

Refunds

We inspect returns on arrival and issue refunds to the original payment method, normally within 3 business days of receipt. Your bank may take a further 5–10 days to show it. Original shipping is refunded only where the return is our error.

Our mistakes

If we sent the wrong item, a damaged item, or something expired, we cover return shipping and either replace it or refund it in full. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph if the item is damaged.

Disposing of medicines you cannot return

Never flush medicines or put them in household waste unless the label says to. See Drug Disposal and Sharps Disposal for safe options.
