Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree that the information you give us — including prescription and health details — is accurate and complete, and that you will keep your account credentials secure.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe every product accurately, but packaging, appearance and manufacturer can vary between batches. Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may change without notice. If a pricing or availability error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and offer to fulfil it at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — if stock is unavailable, a prescription cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, quantities are inconsistent with personal use, or supply would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
Prescription medicines
Prescription items require a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber, verified by our pharmacy team before dispensing. See our Rx Orders Terms and Conditions for the full rules that apply.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, resell medicines, submit false prescriptions, scrape or copy our catalogue, interfere with the platform's security, or attempt to access another customer's data.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, and code — belongs to Prescibe or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prescibe operates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
