How ordering works
- Find your medicine. Search by brand or active ingredient, and choose the strength and pack size you need.
- Add to basket and check out. Create an account or check out as a guest.
- Send us your prescription (prescription items only). Upload it at checkout or from your account, or ask your prescriber to send it directly.
- We verify and dispense. A pharmacist checks your prescription and your medication record before anything is dispensed.
- We ship discreetly and email you tracking.

Saving money
- Generics contain the same active ingredient at the same strength as the brand, to the same regulatory standard, usually for far less.
- Larger packs lower the per-unit cost — the unit price is shown on every pack option so you can compare.
- Free shipping applies above the threshold shown at checkout.
Managing your medicines safely
- Keep an up-to-date list of everything you take, including supplements, and share it with every prescriber.
- Use one pharmacy where you can, so interaction checks see the full picture.
- Store medicines cool, dry and out of children's reach — not in the bathroom.
- Check expiry dates twice a year and dispose of old medicines safely.
- Never share prescription medicines with anyone else.
Your rights as our patient
You have the right to confidentiality, to counselling from a pharmacist, to know what you are being dispensed and why, to request the brand your prescriber specified, to see our pricing before you pay, and to complain and be heard. Raise any concern with support@prescibe.com.
