Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. The dose depends on your condition, your response to treatment and other medicines you take, so follow your own prescription rather than any general guidance.

Taken 1–3 hours before sexual activity, with a full glass of water.

Swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or split unless your pharmacist confirms it is safe.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is nearly time for the next one — in that case skip the missed dose. Never take a double dose to make up for a forgotten one.

Like all medicines, this product can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. The more commonly reported effects include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, insomnia.

Most mild effects settle as your body adjusts. Contact your doctor or pharmacist if any side effect persists, worsens, or troubles you.

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience signs of a serious allergic reaction — a widespread rash, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing, or a sudden drop in blood pressure.

Not for use with monoamine oxidase inhibitors, thioridazine, or within 14 days of stopping them. Can cause fainting — stand up slowly and stay hydrated.

Before starting treatment, tell your prescriber about all medicines and supplements you take, any allergies, and any liver, kidney or heart conditions. Mention if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Do not share this medicine with anyone else, even if their symptoms seem similar. Keep it out of the sight and reach of children.

Medicines can affect how each other work. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about everything you take, including prescription medicines, over-the-counter remedies, herbal products and supplements.

Be particularly careful to mention blood thinners, medicines for heart rhythm or blood pressure, antidepressants, other treatments in the same class, and anything affecting the liver enzymes that process medicines. Alcohol can intensify side effects such as drowsiness and dizziness.
