People make health decisions using the information we publish. This policy sets out how we produce it and how we keep it honest.

Who writes our content

Health content is produced by trained health writers who work from primary sources: official prescribing information and product labelling, peer-reviewed literature, and guidance from recognised health authorities. Writers do not invent clinical claims and do not work from competitor websites.

Medical review

Content describing medicines, conditions or treatment is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist or other qualified professional before publication. Reviewers check factual accuracy, completeness of safety information, and that nothing reads as personalised medical advice. The reviewer's name, credentials and review date appear on the page.

Sourcing

We cite official drug labelling, peer-reviewed journals, and health authority guidance, and we link to sources so you can check them. We do not cite marketing material or content farms.

Corrections

If we get something wrong we fix it promptly and note the correction. Report an error to support@prescibe.com and it will go to our medical review team.

Review cycle

Medical content is reviewed on a scheduled cycle and whenever significant new evidence, a safety communication or a labelling change appears. Each page shows when it was last reviewed.

Commercial independence

We sell the products we write about, so we hold a firm line: manufacturers do not write, review, approve or pay for our health content. Our editorial team reports independently of commercial teams, and we publish safety information — including side effects and warnings — even when it makes a product less appealing.

What we will not publish

We do not publish specific dosing instructions, treatment recommendations for individuals, claims that a product cures a serious disease, or content that discourages anyone from seeking professional care.
